NCC Science Club
Welcome to Science at NCC. Did you know that Australia has many scientists who have changed the world for the better? They all explored science in Australian schools and showed curiosity in the world around them. This website will enable you to find activities and competitions that will extend your knowledge of different areas of science.
Sometimes there will be little challenges where prizes are awarded to winners. These challenges will be located somewhere on this website.
Key Science Skills are required for Years 7 to 10 in the Australian Curriculum and are examinable in all VCE Sciences. Make sure you are able to understand these terms and apply them to your investigations.
There have been 13 Australians who have won Nobel Prizes for Science and/or Medicine. Create a Google Drawing Poster outlining who you think made the biggest impact to our world and why. Submit your entry to this form.
We will be looking at the scientific language that you use, accuracy of information, persuasiveness and presentation.
