Design Thinking for Social Good by Deloitte
The Data Science for Social Good Summit has two workshop tracks: BUSINESS (aimed at people managing NGOs/non-profit who want to embark and data and digital revolutions) and TECHNICAL (aimed at technical members of the Data for Good movement, with at least some knowledge in data science).

ℹ️ This is the registration for the Design Thinking for Social Good facilitated by Deloitte, from the business track, happening on the 20th of October 2020, from 6.30PM-8.30PM GMT+1.

🎯 This workshop will be a brief introduction to Design Thinking through an on-the-job learning exercise focused on data science for social good. Our goal is to ideate new value propositions that could be prototyped and tested in the short-term by an NGO.

🚨 Workshops will happen via our event platform Hopin and you will be invited to share your audio and video to interact with the workshop's facilitator. As such, workshops have a limited number of spots, which will be assigned in a first come, first served basis.

🕊️ HOWEVER, if you don't manage to secure a spot to this workshop, you will ALWAYS have the option to participate in a view-only fashion - you will not be able to come on screen and ask questions to the workshop's facilitator, but you will be able to follow along the entire session.

📌 This workshop has the following minimum requirements:
- Aimed at participants with a business and technical profile
- You must already be registered for Week 3 of the event: https://hopin.to/events/dssg-summit-week-3
- Comfortable in being a part of a small group in an hands-on exercise during the workshop

🚨 Please abstain from registering to the workshop if you do not meet these requirements.

📝 The DSSG Summit's Organizing Committee reserves its rights to:
- Remove you from the Workshop session if you do not abide by the event's Code of Conduct (which will be shared in due course).
- Reserve some Workshop spots to members of partner organizations, so as to guarantee diversity and knowledge access to those that can benefit the most from it.
