Requirements for VISA rentista
- Over 18 years old
- Earnings of at least USD 500/month
- Dividends, as a shareholder/owner of a foreign company
- Passive income: Renting, Pension, Investments
- Prove it probably by a deposit of 500USD at a local bank (no se en que momento del proceso :)))
- Proof of entry to the country (stamp in passport)
- Certificate of address or utility bill in your name

- Passport photo, and Argentina’s stamp photo
- Criminal record from country of origin apostilled and translated into Spanish by a national sworn translator and legalised by the Colegio de Traductores
- Request Argentinean Criminal Record Certificate integrated to the web platform
- Optional: Preferential processing by appointment with Migration for an additional $58-70 USD
