LCI Updates: The government issued Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 79 Year 2023 regarding Procedure for Assessment for Taxation Purposes (MOF Regulation 79/2023) which comes into effect on 23 September 2023. Through MOF Regulation 79/2023, the government stipulates that the Director General of Taxation may conduct an assessment for taxation purposes to determine: (a) the value of Land and Building Tax (PBB) tax object in the context of determination of the Tax Object Sale Value (NJOP), and (b) the value of tangible assets, intangible assets, and businesses. https://lnkd.in/gXY4g3tv #tax #legalcentric
