Sponsor & Vendor info

What's in it for Sponsors and Vendors?

Our vendors, sponsors and presenters will receive the email list of opted-in attendees, their information in the brochure and marketing materials, and lunch. We are estimating around 200+ to come and are actively seeking ways to get on news stations, fliers in community areas, and word of mouth so the attendance might be higher.

Registration is a MUST to get an accurate headcount for lunch and you will be privy to all updates leading up to the event. Our team is actively seeking door prize items to encourage all attendees to stay until the end of the event. If you have any items you would like to donate to the door prizes, please fill out the form below.

  • Sponsors are entitled to be mentioned in the brochure and marketing materials, space on our resources table, and honorable mentions during the event if above $200. Top Tier Sponsors (above $750) will receive all of the above and tables next to the stage with an opportunity to speak during the event and pull door prize winners.

  • Vendors will have a table to display any marketing material/products they wish, listed on our brochure, and lunch. We are asking vendors for a donation to secure their space and we are limiting it to 10-15. *pre-screening and approval required. **Donation tiers also apply to vendors.

Our main goal is to educate the general public and get resources in their hand. It would be an honor to have you there.

Thank you for your consideration!
